Pearl Arlene McLaughlin was born February 3, 1903 in Hopkins, Michigan. She passed away January 14, 1964 in Taylor, Michigan at the age of 60 years, 11 months, and 11 days. On July 3, 1920 she was united in marriage to Charles Henry Wade, and to this union was born 11 children. She leaves to mourn, her husband and 11 children, Olive Faulkner, Gertrude Hopkins, Malissie Arvin, and Maryetta Wade of Birch Tree, Mo., Frances McBride of East Prairie, Mo., Oscar Wade of Independence, Mo., Ivan Wade of Mtn. View, California, Jack Wade of the US Army, Charlene Helfrich of Taylor, Michigan, and James Wade of Plymouth, Michigan, three sisters, Mildred Raths of Belleville, Michigan, Edith Durbin of Plymouth, Michigan, and Leona Coyle of Marysville, California, also 45 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Funeral services were held Saturday, January 18, at 3 p.m. at the church of God of Prophecy in Montier with Rev. Johnnie Aiken officiating assisted by Rev. Joe Martin. Burial was in the Montier Cemetery under the direction of the Duncan Funeral Home.
