Navigator Richard Edward Kerns (IL), Engineer Edward N. Bagley (CA), Bombardier Melverne Carl Starmer (MO) and Gunner Francis X. Broun (MA) during an Aircraft accident, 25 miles N.E. of the McNary Bombing Range in Hudspeth Co., Texas. At the time of His death, William was living at 1220 Main Street in Paris, Bourbon Co., Kentucky.
