Eldon Ray Brimm, age 62 of Ola, died Friday, August 20, 2010 in Cape Girardeau, MO. He was born October 28, 1947 in Prague, OK to the late Joseph Franklin and Opal Emily Gunter Brimm. He was a retired farmer.

He is preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Lola Sue Scott Brimm; a daughter, Natalie Renae Brimm; brothers, Chubb Brimm and Venus Brimm.

Survivors include his wife Vicki Sue Brimm; two sons, Nation Brimm and wife Heather of Hector, Virgil Gist of Wylie, TX; a daughter, Natasha Mantooth and husband, Stephen of Plainview; two step-daughters, Angela Butler of Topeta, KS, Karen Burfield and husband, Louis of Davenport, IA; four sisters, Sissy Nichols and Janet Garner of Ola, Deanie Johnson of Pontoon, Sue Rogers of Dardanelle; and twelve grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

Graveside services were Tuesday, August 24, 2010 at Bryants Cove Cemetery, Casa with Rev. Josh Crites officiating. Music was by Tracey Gilkey, Nation Brimm and Rocky Don Jones. Pallbearers were Greg McKinney, Ian McKinney, John Smith, Thomas Farrow, Chris Wilson and Chris Campbell. Honorary pallbearers were Jimmy Gilkey, Toby Seaman, Ben Henderson, Tim Crain, Gordon Crain, Wesley Roach, Steve Vickers, Bruce Burnett, and Larry Taylor.
