A former Wellington man, Ziba Lewis Andrew, 93, died Sept. 28, 1987, in Bethany, Okla. Mr. Andrew was born July 13, 1894, in Pilot Grove, Grayson Co., the son of Cyrus and Alma Gertrude Hopkins Andrew. He and Lora Alma Rhodes were married in Wellington August 1, 1915, and
they farmed here until they moved to Bethany, Okla. in 1943. He was employed by Bethany Public Schools and the Children's Convalescent Home. He was a member of Williams Memorial Church of the Nazarene.
Survivors are two sons, J.C. Andrew of Oklahoma City and Lewis Andrew of Bethany; one daughter, Irene Walker of Bethany, a brother, Lonnie Andrew of Arkansas City, Kansas; three sisters, Ruby Maples of Dimmitt, Alma Ruth Reed of Sumpter, Oregon, Pauline Armor of Oklahoma City; 9 grandchildren, seven great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, four brothers and one grandson.
