PEARL A. O'DONNELL

Mrs. William H. (Pearl A.) O'Donnell, 80, of 204 N. Eighth St., Manitowoc, died Monday at Fort Atkinson Memorial Hospital.


Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at First Lutheran Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Theodore J. Vinger will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.


Mrs. O'Donnell, nee Pearl A. Mueller, was born June 10, 1893, at Fort Atkinson, daughter of the late Ernest and Christina Heinz Mueller. She was married to William H. O'Donnell in 1913 at Milwaukee. She had been associated with her husband in management of Hotel Manitowoc since 1927 when it opened. On the death of her husband Feb. 14, 1945, she continued in that capacity until August of 1964. Mrs. O'Donnell was active in Manitowoc community affairs for many years and was a member of numerous civic clubs of the community. She was also a member of First Lutheran Church and First Lutheran Church Women of Manitowoc.


Survivors include a brother, Carl F. Mueller, of Jefferson, Wis., and a niece, Mrs. Ronald C. (Pearl Ann) Cloute, of Fort Atkinson.


Friends may call at First Lutheran Church from noon Thursday until the time of service. The casket will remain closed. Memorials may be directed to First Lutheran Church, Holy Family Hospital or Memorial Hospital.
