Richard E. Oestreich, 56, of 925A South 19th Street, Manitowoc, died early Tuesday morning, January 27, 1987 at his residence. Funeral services will be 1 pm Thursday at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc. Major David L. Biggs will officiate with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Oestreich was born September 7, 1930 at Wausau, Wisconsin, son of the late Elmer A. and Elizabeth A. Feck Oestreich.
Survivors include a son, Richard E. Jr. of Manitowoc; two daughters, Annette and Bonnie, both of Manitowoc; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Robert Oestreich of Manitowoc and Kenneth and Marilyn Oestreich of Fond du Lac; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Evelyn and Benedict Biese of Manitowoc and Delores and Leonard Schuh Sr. of Francis Creek; his former spouse, Kathryn Reichard of Manitowoc; a granddaughter, Melissa and nieces and nephews also survive. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Shirley Heideman and Lucille Jaecks.
Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, from 5 pm to 9 pm this Wednesday and Thursday until the hour of service.
