MARGARET O'HEARN

Mrs. James O'Hearn, 74, of 108 Riverview Dr., Manitowoc, died Friday at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.


Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday at Mittnacht Funeral Home and at 10 a.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Very Rev. Clement Kern will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.


Mrs. O'Hearn, nee Marguerite Buckley, was born June 12, 1895, at Milwaukee, daughter of Michael S. and Nora Maloney Buckley. She attended St. Patrick parochial school, Maple Grove and was married June 4, 1914, at St. Patrick church. The couple farmed near Maple Grove before coming to Manitowoc. She was a member of the Senior Citizens, Catholic Women's Club and St. Paul Christian Mother's Alter Society.


Survivors include the husband; three sons, Michael and George of Manitowoc and James of Milwaukee; five daughters, Mrs. R. W. (Ellen) Lefler of Two Rivers, Mrs. William (Beatrice) Klein and Mrs. Edward (Lumena) Coffin of Manitowoc, Mrs. William (Mary Margaret) Salutz and Mrs. Leonard (Patricia) Anderson of Green Bay; a brother, William of Maribel; two sisters, Mrs. Herbert Brueckner of Green Bay and Mrs. Clara Peterson of Green Valley, Ariz.; and 28 grandchildren. Two grandchildren preceded her in death.


Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Sunday where at 4 p.m. the Rosary will be recited by the Knights of Columbus No. 710 and at 7:30 p.m. by the CMA and the Catholic Women societies.

Miss Buckley and James OHearn, were married at St. Patrick's Church, Maple Grove, Thursday morning at 9:15 o'clock, Rev. Casey pronouncing the marriage vows. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. M. Buckley of Maple Grove and the groom a prosperous young farmer of the same town. Both young people have many friends to wish them Godspeed on their journey through life. The Misses Bessie and Ruth Hayden, Sophie Grimm, Catherine O'Hearn, Mayme Cohan and Edward O'Hearn accompanied Mr. and Mrs. James O'Hearn as far as Reedsville on their bridal journey to Green Bay, Chicago and other points.
