Manitowoc man dies in one-car accident

A 28 year old Manitowoc man was killed in a one vehicle accident Saturday morning in the town of Two Rivers in Manitowoc County.

Jeffrey M. Olm, who was the driver of a pickup truck, was pronounced dead at the scene on East Hill Crest Road, east of State Highway 147 about 3:10 am Saturday.

He died of a skull fracture said a spokesman for the Manitowoc County Sheriff's Department.

Mr. Jeffrey M. Olm, 28, of 1132 S. 10th Street, Manitowoc, died Saturday, July 7, 1990, as a result of an auto accident.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home, Manitowoc. Rev. Jeff VandenHeuvel will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.

He was born December 20, 1961, in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. He graduated from Washington High School, Two Rivers, with the Class of 1980. Mr. Olm has been employed with the Goetze Corp of America since 1982.

Survivors include his father, Jerry Olm of Michigan; his step-father, Edward Van Ess of Two Rivers; two brothers, Tim Olm of Two Rivers and Greg Van Ess of Manitowoc; a sister, Faye (Dan) Kirt of Two Rivers; his maternal grandfather, Robert Dokey of Manitowoc; a special friend, Brenda Sauve of Two Rivers; a niece, a nephew, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Karen Van Ess, his maternal grandmother, Georgine Dokey, an uncle, James Dokey, and an aunt Patsy Meneau.

Friends may call at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. this Monday evening and Tuesday from 9 a.m. to the time of services.
