Mrs. Sue Downing Broun, daughter of the late Sen. Thomas J. Downing and Estelle Chilton Downing, of 1221 Westminster Ave, died Sunday Dec. 28, 1975. She is survived by her husband, Thomas L. Broun; a nephew, Congeressman Thomas N. Downing of Newport News.
