Luther Jennings Beilue was born Dec. 21, 1906 in Bowie Texas to John Beilue and Adeline Melton Beilue. On Jan. 19, 1935 he married Nannie Bell Gay. They settled in New Mexico where Luther worked at the copper mines.
Survivors include his wife, Nannie Bell Beilue of Central; a son Floyd Garland Beilue, and his wife, Elizabeth of Hurley; a daughter, Loyce Wallace of Pecos; a brother, J. D. Beilue of Longview, Texas; eight grandchildren, Vicki Daigneau of Albuquerque, Paul Wallace of Tome NM, Danny Wallace and his wife Cheryl of Albuquerque, Scotti Sandoval of San Antonio Texas, Dee Lujan and her husband, Joe of Peralta NM, Sam Luther Beilue of Bakersfield CA, 1st Lt. Jennifer Beilue with the U.S. Air Force in Fort Shaw, S.C., and Roy Eby of El Cajon, Calif.; and 13 great-grandchildren, Carlie, Toni and Becky Wallace, Christopher Daigneau, Stephanie and Ben Broshious, Jeremy and SuAnn Thomas, Jessica and Irma Sandoval, Jake and Josh Lujan, and Jesse Eby.
Survived by a special niece, Nova Necessary and her husband Burton. He was preceded in death by his sister, Bessie Hill.
