Death from poisoning due to swallowing strychnine pills, removed from the home of
Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Duckat of the southside, their little son, aged four years.
The child swallowed the pills Wednesday afternoon and as soon as the mother
discovered what had happened and noticed that the child was becoming very ill.
Physicians were summoned and every effort was made to save its life. The funeral
was held Monday morning from St. Luke's church with interment at Holy Cross
Cemetery.

Bay, after attending the funeral of Walter Ducat which was held at Two Rivers
yesterday.
