Arthur T. Otto, 89, of 812 North 11th street, retired meat market operator, died Tuesday afternoon at the Holy Family Hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Frazier mortuary chapel, the Rev. C. H. Phipps of the First Presbyterian church officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.

A lifelong resident of Manitowoc, Mr. Otto was born in 1860 and in 1885 married Miss Julia Block. He opened a meat market on Commercial street and continued in that business for 45 years. His wife died in 1917.

Survivors are a half brother, Edmund Sommers of this city; four nieces, Mrs. Raleigh Wilda, Mrs. Joseph Schroeder, Mrs. Ralph Paddock of this city; and Mrs. Irma Otto Cullings of Philadelphia.

Friends may call at the funeral home until the hour of services.
