Jason James Ouradnik, 13 months, of 1131 S. 18th St., Manitowoc, died Thursday afternoon, June 2, at his home.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Paul Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated by the Rev. Philip Hoffmann and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Jason was born April 10, 1982, at Manitowoc, son of Jim and Diane Lindholm Ouradnik.
Survivors include his parents; paternal grandparents, William Jr. and Alvina Ouradnik of Two Rivers; maternal grandparents, Robert and Marion Lindholm of Manitowoc; maternal great grandparents, Mrs. Rose Lindholm and Mrs. Marcella Tadych of Manitowoc; uncles and aunts, Richard and Sandra Ouradnik of Mishicot, John Jr. and Sandra Stadelman of Manitowoc, and David, Daniel, Michael and Mary Jo Lindholm of Manitowoc; cousins, Michael and Stacy Stadelman of Manitowoc, and Devy, Tori and Brian Holschbach of Mishicot, his baptismal sponsors, Uncle David Lindholm and Joan Kiel, and many friends. He was preceded in death by his great grandparents.
Friends may call at Urbanek and Schlei, Pfeffer and Reinbold Funeral Home from 7 o'clock to 9 o'clock this Friday evening.
Memorials may be made to Milwaukee Children's Hospital.
