Mrs. Walter Owart, 66, of 531 S. 31st St., Manitowoc, died Saturday morning at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, where she had been a patient the past four days.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and at 10 a.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Very Rev. Clement P. Kern will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Owart, nee Florence Wittman, was born Oct. 31, 1902, at Darboy, Wis., daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret Ditter Wittman. She was married to Walter P. Owart Oct. 11, 1927, at Manitowoc, where they have resided since marriage. She was a member of the Christian Mothers Altar Society of the church.
Survivors include her husband; a son, (private); four sisters, Mrs. Arnold Fischer of Rt. 4, Manitowoc, Mrs. William Tromp and Mrs. Rose Dickerson of Milwaukee and Mrs. Kate Levash of Brillion; and three brothers, Steve, Alfred and Max of Brillion.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Sunday where the Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. by Friends and members of the Christian Mothers Altar Society and parish.
