Paul was a loving and caring man, who served his family, community and country. He served in the Army during the Korean War, retired from the Los Angeles Fire Department, was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and was a longtime resident of the Ojai Valley. He was a compassionate, sensitive man, who loved his wife and family.

too swift for those who fear,
too long for those who grieve,
too short for those who rejoice;
but for those who love,
time is eternity.
