He was born Jan. 20, 1925, in Shelby County, the son of Everett E. and N. Pearl Culver Storm. He married M. Lorene Soward in 1960; she died June 24, 1994.

Surviving are a brother, Rex E. Storm; and a sister, Mrs. Paul (Vera) Vail.

He was also preceded in death by a sister.

Mr. Storm was a retired barber. He was a member of the Neoga First Christian Church. He was also a member of the Votaw Swank Post 158, Azure Rebekah Lodge and the IOOF Lodge, all of Neoga.
