Ms. T. Marilyn Macewicz, 61, of Frederick, died unex- pectedly on Thursday, August 2, 2102 at Frederick Memorial Hospital.Born June 13, 1951 in Stuttgart, Germany, she was the daughter of Laura White Macewicz and the late John C. Macewicz Sr.She was a member of St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church, Libertytown. She was employed with Harlan Sprague Dawley Inc. of Frederick for 25 years. She enjoyed crocheting, sharing with those less fortunate and loved children and animals.In addition to her mother, she is survived by two sisters: Beverly Clements and husband Robert of Fort Myers, FL; Linda Swire and husband Rush Sr. of Frederick; two brothers: John C. Macewicz Jr. of Frederick and Joseph E. Macewicz and wife Sonia of Richmond, VA; two nieces, one nephew and two great nieces.She was preceded in death by a brother, William Macewicz. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Monday, August 6, at St. Peter's Catholic Church, with Rev. Fr. Jason Worley as celebrant. Interment will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Frederick. The family will receive friends at Hartzler Funeral Home, 11802 Liberty Rd., Libertytown, 4-7 p.m. on Sunday, August 5 where a Christian wake service will be held at 6:15 p.m.Memorial contributions may be made to the Building Fund of St. Peter's Catholic Church, PO Box 278, Libertytown, MD 21762.
