He is survived by his wife, Svetlana Allen, Lamar; two daughters and a son-in-law, Stacey Lynn Allen Mason and Robert Mason, Zachary, and Vlada Levchenko, Lamar; two sons and a daughter-in-law, David "Neal" Allen and Jozie Dale "Jodie" Allen and Candie Collins Allen, all of Beebe, Ark.; a sister and brother-in-law, LaRhasa Allen Pilcher and Kenneth Pilcher, Olive Branch, Miss.; and four grandchildren.
Preceded in death by his parents, George W. Allen and Jackie Allen; and a brother, Jozie Allen.
He was a 1971 graduate of Zachary High School. He was inducted into the Zachary High School Hall of Fame.
