Funeral services for Mrs. Nathaniel P. Willis, 88, of Cooperstown, N.Y., the former Myra B. Davidson who died yesterday at 2:25 p.m. in New Castle Hospital will be held Sunday from the Tillspaugh Funeral Home in Cooperstown. Mrs. Willis had been staying in Cooperstown with relatives, and died following a five year illness. She resided in Cooperstown for 82 years before coming to New Castle. Born Feb. 9, 1876 in Cooperstown, she was a daughter of the late Andrew and Altana Barnum Davidson. Her husband, Nathaniel P. Willis preceded her in death. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Cooperstown.
Surviving are three daughters Mrs. Douglas L. Root of Albany N.Y.; Mrs. Stephen King of Cooperstown, N.Y., and Mrs. Roger Rowland of New Castle; one sister Mrs. William Beattie of Cooperstown, N.Y.; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Interment will be in Springfield Cemetery, Cooperstown.
