Carl Schaetzer Of Centerville Dies:Rites Saturday
Carl Schaetzer, resident of Centerville, passed away at 3 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at his home there.
Mr. Schaetzer was born in Germany and after coming to America, located in Sheboygan county. He was united in marriage with Miss Margaret Schubert.
He is survived by eight children, two having preceded him in death. The surviving ones are John and Albert at home; William of Teenah, Wis.; Mrs. Ed Lumbquist and Mrs. H. Zabel of Chicago; Mrs. Oscar Thurman, New Holstein; Mrs. Joseph Bettes, Sheboygan Falls, and Mrs. Joseph Burkard, this city. One brother and two sisters also survive.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the home. Interment will be in St. John's cemetery. The Rev. William Leonhardt will officiate.
