Hazel V. Bills Cremeans, 79 of Justice, WV, formerly of Salt Rock, died Saturday, March 27, 1999, in Logan General Hospital ,after a long illness. Funeral services were conducted Wednesday, March 31, 1999, at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, Salt Rock, by the Rev. Bob Adkins and the Rev. Zachary Bills. Burial in Mt. Zion Cemetery. She was born April 12, 1919; in Cabell County, a daughter of the late Arnold Lee and Letha Beckett Walker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Bills, four brothers, four sisters, and one grandson. She was a homemaker and a member of Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church. Survivors include six daughters, Jewell Bias, Verna Miller, Linda Holton, Carolyn Sue .Mullins, Charlotte Ratcliff, and Barbara Adkins; three sons, Clifford Bills, Dan Bills and Ted Bills, one sister, Eva Berry; one brother, Arnold L. Walker Jr.; 33 grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren, friends, nieces, and nephews; and special friends, Lucille Nelson, Phyllis Harless and Donna Gue. Pallbearers were Teddy Adkins;, Robbie Holton, Bud Midkiff, Kenneth Miller, Todd Mullins, and Greg Nida. Honorary pallbearers were Bobby Newman and Chip Nida.
