GLENN EDWARD MULLINS
Glenn Edward Mullins, 60, of Clute, Texas, passed after a lengthy illness. He was born on July 28, 1943, in Texarkana, Arkansas. He graduated from Corrigan High School. Glenn moved to the area in 1962.
During his working life, he was a vacuum truck driver for V.T. Inc.
He is survived by his mother, Rosemary Mullins of Clute; one sister, Kay Creacy of Brazoria; numerous nieces, one nephew and many other great-nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lonnie A. Mullins; two brothers, Fred (Buddy) and John Douglas Mullins; and one sister, Mary Frances Gray.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Sunday, July 4, 2004, at the Lakewood Funeral Chapel.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, July 5, 2004, at Union Springs Baptist Church in Corrigan, Texas, with the Reverend James Brock officiating.
Interment will follow at the Union Springs Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Ronnie Broaddus, Ted Broaddus, David Charles Broaddus, Mark Broaddus, J.W. Maxey and Doug Mullins.
Honorary pallbearers will be Fred Marquez, John Dean, Gene Creacy and Jerry Maxey.
