Melvin M. Barron of Phoenix died Sept. 25, 2000. He was 85.
He was born in Boston and moved to Arizona over a year ago from Florida. He was a retired jeweler. He was a member of Temple Beth Emeth of Scottsdale and a 32nd Degree Mason.
Survivors include his daughters, Cynthia of Phoenix and Sandra Pitcher of Atlanta; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were held at Green Acres Cemetery with Rabbi Mark J. Bisman officiating. Arrangements were by Sinai Mortuary.
