SPRINGVILLE Our dear wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend, passed away June 15, 2001 after a life long battle with diabetes and multiple sclerosis.
Connie realized her dreams by being sealed in the Salt Lake LDS Temple to Jared Raphael Jenkins March 18, 1995 and giving birth to three wonderful sons; Jordan Spencer, 5, Joshua McKay, 3, and Matthew Tanner, 2.
Connie was born Jan 31, 1964 in Salt Lake to Ervin R. and Zona Harvey Larsen. She graduated from Kearns High and participated in the Kearns High band, orchestra, and pep club. Her joys in life were her family and her God-given talent to cook. Connie was featured on Channel 2 for her original and delicious recipes.
Connie has passed on to the peace of our Father's presence and loved ones that have gone on before. She will always be there for her husband and children as a ministering angel. We thank God for the blessing of having you with us and know we will be together forever.
In addition to her husband and children she is survived by her parents, Ervin R. and Zona H. Larsen, Taylorsville; brothers, Doug (Donna) Gillis, WVC, James Gillis, SLC, Randy (Brenda) Gillis, Vernal; sisters, Sharon (Gordon) Bird, Magna, Rheta Higley, Janice Fitzgerald, Taylorsville, Judy (Steve) Burgess, Evanston, WY, Nancy (Ray) Buckner, WVC; many nieces and nephews.
