Lorna Johanna Krejcie, age 89, of 542 South 31st St., Manitowoc, died Friday, April 4, 2003 at San Luis Medical and Rehabilitation Center, Green Bay. Lorna was born May 19, 1913 at Newton, daughter of the late Fred and Helena Schuette Luebke. On June 30, 1942 she married Edwin J. Krejcie, he preceded her in death March 19, 1992. She was a member of Bethany Ev. Lutheran Church, Manitowoc. Lorna was employed at Westphals and for 15 years at Schuette Brothers prior to her retirement. Lorna enjoyed needlepoint, embroidery, making rag rugs and playing the keyboard. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law: Jerry W. and Kathryn Krejcie, Green Bay; a grandson: Edwin J. (Karen) Krejcie II, Freedom; a granddaughter: Jill Lynn Krejcie, Menomonie; a brother: Norman (Beatrice) Luebke, Two Rivers; three sisters: Edna Detjen, Manitowoc; Ruth Salomenia, Oregon and Helen Hubbard, Two Rivers; a sister-in-law: Shirley Krejcie, Manitowoc. Nieces, nephews other relatives and friends also survive. In addition to her parents and husband Edwin, Lorna is preceded in death by a sister and three brothers. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, April 8, 2003 at the Reinbold & Pfeffer Family Funeral Home, 818 State St., Manitowoc. The Rev. Robert Kujawski will officiate with burial at Evergreen Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call from 11 a.m. Tuesday to the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Bethany Ev. Lutheran Church would be appreciated. The Reinbold & Pfeffer Family Funeral Home is serving the Krejcie Family.
