"DAMAGES FOR A SON'S DEATH
Suit has been entered in the Common Pleas Court, against the Pemmsylvania Railroad Company, by Benjamin N. Cregar and Sarah W. Cregar, his wife, to recover $20,000 damage for the death of William Cregar, one of their sons. The claim is that he was thrown from a fast train coming from New York, was left lying near the tracks and subsequently run over and killed. Negligence is charged."
