Ms. Smith died Sept. 18, 2004, at Pueblo, Co. She was born Dec. 19, 1919 in Lovilia, Ia.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Eli Jacob and Lillian Miriam (Johnson) Foust; by a son, Willard A. Hills; and by a son-in-law, Curtis Lubbers.
Ms. Smith is survived by a daughter, Marge Lubbers of Wiley; by one sister, Marjorie M. Phillips of Golden, Co.; by four grandchildren; and by one great-grandchild.
