Mr. Harold W. Adams, age 84 of Paris, died in Paris Regional Medical Center on Monday, August 6, 2012. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 in the Living Word Pentecostal Church , 920 S. Main Street, Paris, Texas, officiated by Reverend Tiny Freeman. Burial will follow in Union Grove Cemetery. The family will be hosting family and friends at 2230 E. Polk Street on Monday evening at 7pm.

Mr. Adams was born in Atlas, Texas on July 25, 1929, the son of Albert Henry and Orine Carsons Adams. On October 31, 1949, he married the former Mary Ruth Williamson. Together they owned and operated both the Plaza Movie Theater and the Grand Movie Theater. In later years, Mr. Adams owned Adams TV & Satellite Repair. He was preceded in death by Mary Ruth on May 10, 2009. Also preceding was his parents; 3 brothers; and 2 sisters.

Survivors include his daughter, Sharon Webb of Paris; grandsons, Greg Simpson, James Dewayne Simpson, and Michael Wayne Webb; numerous great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren.
