NOTICE TO PROVE WILL AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS
STATE OF WISCONSIN, COUNTY COURT MANITOWOC COUNTY---IN PROBATE
In Re Estate of Fred Bremer, Deceased.
Notice is Hereby Given, That at the Special Term of said Court to be
held on the 2nd Tuesday (being the 11th day) of January A.D., 1921,
at the Court House in the City of Manitowoc, County of Manitowoc and
State of Wisconsin, there will be heard and considered the application
of Anna Bremer to admit to probate the last Will and Testament of Fred
Bremer late of the City of Manitowoc, in said County, deceased, and for
the appointment of an executor (or, administrator with Will annexed);
Notice is Hereby Further Given, That at the Special Term of said Court
to be held at said Court House, on the 3rd Tuesday, (being the 19th day)
of April A.D., 1921, there will be heard, considered and adjusted, all
claims against said Fred Bremer, deceased;
And Notice is Hereby Further Given, That all such claims for examination
and allowance must be presented to said County Court at the Court House,
in the City of Manitowoc, in said County and State on or before the 15th
day of April, A.D., 1921, or be barred.
