Marvin H. Brouchoud, 60, of 1408 Division St., Manitowoc, died Tuesday evening
at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, following a short illness.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral
Home, Manitowoc. The Rev. James DeWitt will officiate and burial will be in
Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Brouchoud was born June 11, 1912, at Mishicot, son of Richard Brouchoud and
the late Bertha Ellerman Brouchoud. He married Mrs. Ruth Pleuss Waach June 27, 1942,
at Manitowoc. He was a mechanic at The Hamachek Co., Manitowoc, and was an orchestra
leader. He was a member of Eagles Aerie No. 2433, Two Rivers, the Western Fraternal
Life Assn. (Z.C.B.J.), the Musicians Local Union No. 195 of Manitowoc and the
Mishicot Sportsmen's Club.
Survivors include his wife, two sons, a step-son, a daughter and a step-daughter
(Survivors omitted for privacy.); his father, Richard Brouchoud, of Manitowoc;
three brothers, Archie, of Two Rivers, the Rev. Earl Brouchoud, of Mishicot and
Eugene, of Milwaukke; a sister, Mrs. William Lambert, of Mishicot; and eight
grandchildren. A twin daughter, Margaret, preceded him in death.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 to 9 p.m. Thursday where a memorial
service will be held at 7:30 p.m.
