Mrs. John W. (Delphia) Brown, 46, of Dickenson, N.D., a former Manitowoc resident,
died Wednesday in Dickenson.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Queen of Peace Catholic Church,
Dickenson, after which the casket will be moved to Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc.
Services will be held 9:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home and at 10 a.m. at St.
Paul Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Phillip Hoffmann will officiate with
burial in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Brown, nee Delphia Loritz, was born Nov. 18, 1930, in Valders, daughter of
the late Julius and Josephine Holzer Loritz. She was graduated from Valders High
School. She was married to Alex J. Kubacky Nov. 22, 1962, at Manitowoc. He preceded
her in death June 4, 1968. She was a resident of Manitowoc until 1970 when she
moved to Dickenson. She was married to John W. Brown Aug. 8, 1970, at Dickenson.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, Martin and Dick J. Kubacky, of Dickenson;
two daughters, Mrs. Kevin (Corinne) F. Horton and Miss Sharon J. Kubachy, of
Dickenson; six brothers, Kenneth and Floyd, of Manitowoc, Charles of Rt. 2, Reedsville,
Lester, of Rt. 1, Valdes, Jerald, of Chilton and Clemens, of Massachusetts; six
sisters, Mrs. Lucian (Gean Marie) Harsock, of Arkansas, Mrs. Thomas (Beatrice) Moore,
of Francis Creek, Mrs. Lloyd (Marie) Ford, of Missouri and Mrs. Richard (Marlene)
Rarajczak, Miss Gladys Loritz and Mrs. Arthur (Cerelle) Schlei, of Manitowoc.
Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home from 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday where a prayer service
will be held at 8 p.m.
