Mrs. Gail A. Carstens, 40, of 3622 Poplar Rd., Manitowoc, died Wednesday,
February 25, at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Luke Catholic Church, Two
Rivers. The Rev. Donald Beckerwill officiate and burial will be in Knollwood
Memorial Garden, Town of Kossuth.
Mrs. Carstens, nee Gail Gotstein, was born June 4, 1940, at Two Rivers, daughter
of the late Alphonse Gotstein and Sylvia Sinkula Gotstein. She was married to
Harvey Carstens June 28, 1980, at Manitowoc.
Survivors include her husband, Harvey, four children, Craig, Tim, Julie and
Wendy; two step-children, Christine Kienert of Manitowoc and Cherlyn Way of
Escanaba, Mich., her mother, Mrs. Sylvia Gotstein of Two Rivers; a brother, Mark
Gotstein of Manitowoc and a sister, Mrs. Ed (Judy) Duessing of Two Rivers. Her
father and a brother preceded her in death.
Friends may call at Klein and Stangel Inc. Funeral Home, Two Rivers, after 6
p.m. Friday. A memorial service will be at 7 p.m. ..(a few words unreadable).
