Mrs. Albert D. Carter, 59, of 1311 South 13th street, died Wednesday afternoon
at Holy Family hospital after a brief illness.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Mittnacht funeral home, the
Rev. Francis S. Foulke officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.
Mr. Carter was born Marguerite Boedecker in Seattle, Wash., in 1890. Her family
moved to Algoma when she was three years old. In 1913 she was married to Albert
Carter and in 1919 they moved to Racine. They moved to Manitowoc in 1928. She
was a member of the Rebecca lodge No. 18.
She is survived by her husband; three daughters, Mrs. Charles Paulus, Mrs. Robert
Suchan and Miss Virginia Carter all of Manitowoc; a son, Wilbur of Manitowoc; a
sister, Mrs. Marie Graper of Chicago and three grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home from Friday noon until time of services.
