JOS. CHASENSKY LOSES FIGHT; ILL 4 MONTHS
Joseph Chasensky died Monday morning at Maple Crest sanitorium where he has
been a patient for the last two months. He was taken ill four months ago and
about two months ago his condition became alarming. He was removed to Maple
Crest but failed to rally from his attack. The body was brought to this city
and is at the Urbanek and Wattawa chapel from where the funeral will be held
Thursday afternoon, the Rev. F. P. Kutcher officiating. Burial will be at
Evergreen cemetery.
Joseph Chasensky was born at Cato and five years ago was married to Miss Emma
Wattawa of Franklin, the widow who with a daughter of three years, Maymie, and
a son Raymond, aged ten months, survives to mourn his death. The family made
its home in this city where Mr. Chasensky up to the time of his illness was
employed by the McMullen & Pitz Construction company. The family had planned
to leave the city and live on (sic) last August when Mr. Chasensky became ill
and plan could not be consummated.
In addition to the widow and children he is survived by two brothers and six
sisters.

A baby boy has come to brighten the home of Mr. and Mrs. Jos. Chasensky, North
Tenth street. Mother and babe, who are at the hospital, are doing well.
