Miss Naphalin Cordellia Chizek, 36, of 532 No. 10th Street, Manitowoc, died early Friday morning, December 7, at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Parkside Funeral Home, Manitowoc. The Rev. William Plank will officiate with burial at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Miss Chizek was born April 28, 1948, at Manitowoc, Wisconsin, daughter of Victor and Grace Khail Chizek. Miss Chizek was educated in the Manitowoc School System, graduating from Lincoln High School with the Class of 1966. Miss Chizek continued her education at Manitowoc County Teachers School and then at Silver Lake College, where she graduated from in 1970. Miss Chizek was presently a teacher with Mishicot Elementary School where she had taught for the past 16 years.
Survivors include her parents, Victor and Grace Chizek of Manitowoc and other relatives and friends.
Friends may call at Parkside Funeral Home, Manitowoc, from 4 to 9 p.m. Sunday afternoon and Monday from 9 a.m. until the hour of service.
