CHARLES CHLOUPEK
Dr. Charles J. Chloupek, 70, a native of this county, and a practicing physician
in Green Bay for more than 40 years, died in a Green Bay hospital Wednesday.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Schauer and Schumacher
funeral home in Green Bay. Interment will be in Evergreen cemetery here, at 3:30
p.m. with the Masonic lodge in charge of the rites.
Dr. Chloupek, a brother of the late County Judge John Chloupek of this city, was
born at Francis Creek. He was graduated from the Milwaukee Medical college, now
Marquette university, and practiced medicine two years at Kewaunee before locating
in Green Bay 41 years ago.
He is survived by his widow, the former Etta Pitz of this city, two brothers, Erwin
and Edward of San Francisco and a number of nieces and nephews.
The body is at the Schauer and Schumacher funeral home.
