Funeral services for Mrs. Eunice Christiansen, 62, former Manitowoc resident
who died Wednesday in Milwaukee, will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. from the
Frazier mortuary chapel. The Rev. C. H. Phipps will officiate and the Eastern
Star will take part in the service at the chapel. Burial will be in Evergreen
cemetery.
Mrs. Christiansen, nee Tietjen, was born in 1881 at Hokah, Minn. and came to
Wisconsin with her parents and in 1908 was married to Oscar Christiansen. He
died in 1932. She lived in this city from 1932 until 2-1/2 years ago when she
returned to Milwaukee.
Survivors are a son, Clyde, of this city; two brothers, John of Port Washington
and William of Milwaukee, sister, Millie of Port Washington; and a grandchild,
Kent Christiansen of this city.
She was a member of the Eastern Star and the Lois society of the First Presby-
terian church.
The body may be viewed at the mortuary from Friday at 1 p.m. until the time of
services Saturday.
