MINNIE CHRISTIANSEN
Mrs. William Christiansen, 74, formerly of 1216 S. 12th St., Manitowoc, died
Friday morning at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, after a lingering illness.
She had resided at Shady Lane Home the past five years.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral
Home, Manitowoc, with the Rev. Allen McCaul officiating. Burial will be in
Evergreen Cemetery.
Mrs. Christiansen, nee Minnie Tech, was born June 27, 1882, in Manitowoc,
daughter of the late Julius and Bertha Gomoll Tech. In 1908, she was married
to William Christiansen, the former Manitowoc police chief, and they resided
in Manitowoc. He died in 1946.
Survivors include a son, Lloyd, of Appleton and two grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 2:30 p.m. Sunday.
