Mrs. Mary Dabbert died Fri. in the home of her son-in-law Robert G. Olp here.
The deceased was born 12 Oct. 1828 in Falkenstein, Mecklenburg-Schwerin, and
in 1853 came to Canada with 3 brothers. There she married Mr. Dabbert, with
whom she came to Manitowoc in 1856. They lived here 14 yrs. and then moved to
Manitowoc Rapids. Her husband died there in 1882 and Mrs. Dabbert moved back
to Manitowoc. Since the marriage of her daughter to Mr. Olp, she has been living
with them. In addition to her daughter, she is survived by 2 sons. The funeral
was held Sun. from the Lutheran Church.
