Miss Mary E. Davies, 78, of 609 N. Seventh St., Manitowoc, died Saturday,
Feb. 23, at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Complete funeral services will be 7 p.m. Tuesday at Parkside Funeral Home,
Manitowoc. The Rev. William Zimmer will officiate and burial will be in
Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Miss Davies was born Nov. 27, 1901, at Stanley, Wis., daughter of the late
Thomas W. and Katherine Noland Davies. She had been secretary for Judge
Jerome Ledvina and assistant circuit court reporter and worked in the
business offices of both Herald-Times-Reporter and Milwaukee Sentinel. Miss
Davies was past president and current member of Monday Music club, a member
of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and former member of A.A.U.W.
Survivors include several cousins.
Friends may call at Parkside Funeral Home after 4 p.m. Tuesday until the time
of funeral services.
