Rose T. Deubler, age 91, a resident of North Ridge Medical & Rehabilitation
Center, Manitowoc, died Thursday, Dec. 19, 2002 at the center.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 21, 2002, at St.
Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc. Officiating at the Mass of Christian
Burial
will be the Rev. Tom Wojciechowski, O.F.M. with burial to follow at
Evergreen
Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Rose was born Sept. 24, 1911 in Cato, daughter of the late Joseph and
Elizabeth
Millbach Schuh. She attended st. Boniface Parochial School and was a
graduate
of Lincoln High School, class of 1929. On Feb. 12, 1931 she married
Milton J.
Deubler at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Manitowoc. He preceded her in
death on
Feb. 22, 2001. Rose was employed in the office at Mirro Aluminum Company as
well as Lakeside Packing Company. Rose was a member of the Manitowoc Senior
Center Orchestras and other musical groups at the center. She was also a
member
of St. Mary Catholic Church and the St. Mary's Rosary & Altar Society of
Manitowoc.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law: Bob and Ellie Deubler,
Manitowoc;
one son-in-law: Christopher Schmitt, Glendale; five grandchildren: Kristine
(Dean) Kirst, Robb (Kathy) Deubler, Christopher (Ellen) Deubler, Steve
Schmitt,
James (Valerie) Schmitt; four great-grandchildren: Elizabeth Kirst,
Michael Kirst,
Amanda Thomm and Elise Thomm; two brothers-in-law: Lester Deubler and
wife, Elaine;
Chester Deubler and wife, Delores, all of Manitowoc; further survived by
a sister-
in-law: Sally Deubler, Manitowoc; nieces, nephews, other relatives and
friends.
Preceded in death by a daughter: Sharon Schmitt; one grand-daughter: Amy
Thomm;
eight brothers and two sisters.
The family will greet relatives and friends at St. Mary Catholic Church,
Manitowoc,
on Saturday morning, from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service at 10:30 a.m.
The Pfeffer Funeral Home & Cremation Care Center, Manitowoc, is
assisting the
family with funeral arrangements.
