Mrs. Ernest F. Dill Jr., 53, of 866 N. 14th St., Manitowoc, died Monday
evening at the Memorial Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral
Home, Manitowoc. The Rev. N. W. Kock will officiate and burial will be in
Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Dill, nee Helda (sic) J. Kieper, was born July 19, 1914, in the Town of
Polar, Langlade County, daughter of Edward J. and Rosaline Riemer Kieper. When
16, she moved with her parents to Manitowoc. She was married to Ernest F. Dill
Jr., May 1, 1916(sic), at Brillion. They resided in Manitowoc. She was employed at
Aluminum Specialty Co., Manitowoc, and Dill’s English Lake Resort.
She is survived by her husband; step-daughter, (private), of Rt. 3, Manitowoc;
parents of Manitowoc; two brothers, Raymond, of Brillion and Edward A. of Marritt
Island, Fla., and a sister, Mrs. Ovella Rusch, of Rt. 2, Reedsville.
Friends may call at the funeral home, State street entrance, after 3 p.m.
