MATILDA DISKOWSKI
Mrs. Herman Diskowski, 81, of 929 S. 22nd St., Manitowoc, died Saturday evening
after a short illness.
Christian Science service will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Urbanek and Schlei
Funeral Home, Manitowoc. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
Mrs. Diskowski, the former Mathilda Fitting, was born March 1, 1886, at Hartford,
Wis., daughter of the late Jacob and Caroline Knabb Fitting.
She was married to Herman Diskowski June 21, 1909, at Hartford. They lived one
year at Milwaukee before moving to Manitowoc. Her husband preceded her in death
July 23, 1950.
Surviving are two daughters, Miss Dorothy and Miss Shirley of Manitowoc.
