Todd Eric Doerfler, 12, son of Mr. and Mr. Vernon Doerfler of 1701 Reed Ave., Manitowoc, died Sunday afternoon in Memorial Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in St. Paul United Methodist Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Robert Isler will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Todd was born April 10, 1965, in Manitowoc, son of Vernon and Judith Kidd Doerfler. He attended Jackson Elementary School and would have been a Seventh Grade student in Woodrow Wilson Jr. High School. Survivors include his parents and a brother Craig at home; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Laona Doerfler of Two River and maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mr. Claire W. Kidd of Lodi, Wis., and uncles and aunts.
There will be no visitation. Schneider-Mittnacht Funeral Home, Manitowoc, is in charge of arrangements. Memorials may be made to Memorial Hospital or church of the donor's choice.
