HEART ATTACK CAUSES DEATH
Woman Dies At Farm Home Where She Lived Alone
Mrs. Helen Booth Donnelly, 69, died suddenly at her home on the River
road in Manitowoc Rapids Sunday of a heart attack.
Monroe Halverson, a neighbor, who found her in a critical condition
when he visited the home to do chores yesterday morning, called a
physician. She died before the doctor's arrival.
Funeral Wednesday
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. from the
Wattawa, Urbanek and Schlei funeral home and at 9 a.m. from the
Sacred Heart church. Interment will be at Evergreen cemetery.
The deceased, whose maiden name was Helen Booth, was born at
Albert Lea, Minn., in 1866. In 1884 she married James C.
Donnelly at Fulda, Minn., and they located on a farm. In 1900
they came to this city to reside and 20 years ago moved to the
small farm west of the city.
Lived Alone On Farm
Since the death of Mr. Donnelly 12 years ago the deceased has
made her home alone on the farm.
Survivors are two sisters, Mrs. Ernst W. Brace and Mrs. M
Sulsbach, both of Minneapolis.

IN Memoriam
In Memory of Mrs. J.C. Donnelly on her birthday, Oct. 17th
We, her neighbors and friends wish to express our sympathy
that she is with us no more. Her little home, where she
always welcomed us so cordially has been sold. This seems
like a closing chapter of a beautiful life. The children as
well as the grown-ups loved to go there and listen to her
interesting stories, told as no other could tell them. Her
love for her home and her flowers was an inspiration to us
all, and her smile we will never forget. Her passing was a
loss to the community.
