RAPIDS FARMER GETS SUMMONS
WIliam Drumm, 72, Dies Thursday After 2 Weeks Illness
William Drumm, 72, lifelong resident of Manitowoc Rapids, died at the Holy
Family hospital last night after a two weeks illness.
Funeral services will be held at the Wattawa, Urbanek and Schlei funeral home
Monday afternoon at 2 oclock. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery.
Mr. Drumm was born in the town of Manitowoc Rapids, Nov. 16, 1863. On Jan. 21,
1893 he married Elizabeth Wettenkamp. Mr. Drumm lived on the farm in Manitowoc
Rapids since 1871 and was a farmer all his life. He sold the farm to his son,
Elmer, a year ago but continued to live there.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. George Sieracke, city; two sons, Elmer and
Walter, both at home; and a sister, Mrs. Emma Braun, Iron Mountain, Mich.
The body may be viewed at the funeral parlors tomorrow afternoon, Sunday after-
noon and evening and Monday until the time of the services.
