THEODORE J. DUEBNER

Funeral services for Theodore J. Duebner, 80, of 1006 Manila St., Manitowoc,
who died Monday at Memorial Hospital, Manitowoc, will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday
at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home, Manitowoc. The Rev. N. W. Kock will officiate
and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Duebner was born Sept. 7, 1887, in the Town of Newton, son of the late Carl
and Minnie Kreie Duebner, and married Bertha Mahnke May 15, 1909. The couple
operated a cheese factory in the Town of Newton for three years and then moved
to Manitowoc. Mr. Duebner was employed as a steamfitter for the H. G. Kallies
Co. and was a member of the First German Evangelical Lutheran parish and
Steamfitters Local No. 445.
Survivors include the wife; two sons, Dallas and Alton, a brother, Emil, a
sister, Mrs. Louis Mahnke, all of Manitowoc; six grandchildren and eight great
grandchildren. Three brothers, a sister and a great grandchild preceded him in
death.
