Mrs. Carl Duebner, 79, died last night at the home of her daughter,
Mrs. Adolph Kielsmeier, Newton, with whom she and her husband resided
in recent years. She had been ill for a year.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m., from the Ebenezer
Reformed church, Centerville, in charge of the Rev. Edward Nuss. Burial
will be in Evergreen Cemetery. The body will be moved to the church at
10 o'clock Saturday morning from the Kielsmeier home.
Mrs. Duebner, nee Minnie Kreie, was born in Newton in 1858 and 20 years
later was married to Carl Duebner. They located on the homestead farm in
the town where they since resided.
Survivors are the widower; two daughters, Mrs. Adolph Kielsmeier, Newton,
Mrs. Louis Mahnke, city; four sons, Otto, Ernest, Theodore and Emil, all
of this city; and 15 grandchildren.
The body is at the Kielsmeier home in Newton.
