Mrs. Alois Duzeski, 67, of 1125 S. 21st St., Manitowoc, died Sunday at Sheboygan
Memorial Hospital following a coronary. She had been visiting her son-in-law and
daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Myron Zill, for the Christmas holidays.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Grace Lutheran Church,
Manitowoc. The Rev. Keith Haag will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen
Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Duzeski, nee Olyphia Dickert, was born May 18, 1905, at Manitowoc, daughter
of the late Emil and Lydia Jens Dickert. She attended Manitowoc schools. She was
married to Alis Duzeski Aug. 17, 1927, at Manitowoc. The couple always resided at
Manitowoc. Mr. Duzeski preceded her in death in 1961.
Survivors include her daughter, Mrs. Myron (Delories) Zill, of Sheboygan; a brother,
Harold Dickert, of Manitowoc; three sisters, Mrs. Leonora Olson, of Mishicot, Mrs.
Arthur (Nethalie) Meissner, of Rt. 2, Two Rivers, and Mrs. Joseph (Ethel) Markoski,
of Manitowoc; a grandchild and nieces and nephews. A brother and a grandchild
preceded her in death.
Friends may call at Jens Funeral Home, Manitowoc, from 4 o'clock this Tuesday
afternoon until 11:30 a.m. Wednesday and then at the church from noon until the
time of service.
