WILLIS O. EBELT

Mr. Willis O. Ebelt, 69, of 1032A South 10th St., Manitowoc, died Tuesday,
January 3, 1989 at Memorial Hospital, Manitowoc. Private family memorial
services will be 2 pm Friday at Jens Funeral Home, Manitowoc. Father Tom Brown
will officiate with cremation having taken place and burial at Evergreen Cemetery,
Manitowoc.
Mr. Ebelt was born February 15, 1919 at Plymouth, Wisconsin, son of the late
August and Emma Buelke Ebelt. He attended schools in Plymouth, Mr. Ebelt was
a veteran, serving in World War II. He married Olive Lange on July 10, 1941 at
Plymouth.
Survivors include two sons, Terry and Brian Ebelt of Manitowoc; three daughters
and sons-in-law, Beverly and Russell Hansen, Susan and Kerry Beeman, Ginger and
Rick Novak, all of Manitowoc; a brother and two sisters-in-law, Mr. and Mrs.
Harold Ebelt of Arizona and Mrs. Herb Ebelt of Plymouth; four sisters and two
brothers-in-law, Esther Halter, Irene and John Berg, Evelyn and Earl Payne, all
of Plymouth, Doris Helmer of Cascade, Wisconsin; nine grandchildren, Allen, Todd
and Debbie Hansen, Chad and Erika Beeman, Randy and Chris Novak, Heath Ebelt and
Rose Ackley, all of Manitowoc and special friends, Ida Grotbak and Jim and Ann
Brogan. He was preceded in death by his parents; an infant son and a brother,
Herb Ebelt.
Friends may call at Jens Funeral Home from 12:30 pm Friday to the time of services
at 2 pm.
